Metal Art: Make It and Take It
Spring is here, and we are all thinking about spending more time outside and in our gardens! Have you thought about enhancing your garden space with metal art? In this class you will learn how to design and create a piece of scrap metal art to enhance your garden or living space.
*Prerequisite for this class is the Intro to MIG welding class or permission of the instructor. You must come with basic welding skills. Welding skills will NOT be taught in this class.
About the Instructors:
Jo Ann Clifford is a retired educator turned metal artist. She has been creating metal art for several years at the Claremont Maker Space and in her home studio. She has been an Artist in Residence at CMS and has shown her work regionally. She is inspired by re-imagining metal scrap, saving it from the landfill and giving it a new life through her artwork. She loves to encourage, teach and inspire others to try something new.
